1. About These Terms
By accessing chatfutbol.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
2. Products & Pricing
We sell original, fictional-design football apparel for wholesale and retail. All designs are Chat Futbol originals and are not affiliated with any club, federation or league. Tier prices are shown per product and apply automatically by quantity; we may correct pricing errors before dispatch.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we dispatch your order. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing error, with a full refund.
4. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges, as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
5. Customization
Custom printing (names, numbers, crests) requires your confirmation of spelling and numbering before production. Once printing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, jersey designs, photography and the Chat Futbol brand belong to Chat Futbol Ltd. You may not copy designs or content for commercial use without written permission.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
